“Tom Bahti, a graduate of the Anthropology Department of the University of New Mexico, has been a dealer and collector of Indian art for the past eighteen years. Well-known in his field he has served numerous times as a judge at exhibits o Southwestern Indian arts and crafts, written articles and lecture don the subject.

Mr. Bahti’s interest in Southwestern tribes is not limited to their crafts, however, as he is also active in several organizations which seek to improve the general welfare of the Indians through self-help programs.
